- Business data: vehicles, leads, invoices, purchase orders, and reports you enter to run your dealership on the platform.
- Payment information: subscription payments are handled by Razorpay; we receive confirmation of payment and an order/payment reference, never your full card or bank details.
- Usage data: login timestamps and basic activity logs, used for security and support.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and support the Service for your company.
- To process subscription payments and send billing-related notifications.
- To send password-reset and account-security emails.
- To improve the reliability and features of the platform.
3. Data Isolation
evautodeal.com is multi-tenant: every record is scoped to a company ID enforced at the database and API layer, so one company's users cannot see another company's data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers required to run the platform — our database host, and Razorpay for payment processing — each bound to process data only for that purpose, and with authorities where required by law.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never visible to our staff in plain text.
6. Data Retention
We retain your company's data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate, after which it may be deleted on request.
