These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of evautodeal.com (the "Service"), operated by Arvind Tiwary, Proprietor, Oxyaqua Tech ("EVAUTODEAL", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the dealership or company you represent.

1. The Service

evautodeal.com is a subscription-based, multi-tenant software platform for vehicle dealership management, covering leads, inventory, purchase orders, GRN, PDI, sales invoicing, and reporting. Each subscribing company's data is logically isolated from every other company on the platform.

2. Accounts & Trial

  • New companies receive a free trial period, after which continued access requires an active paid subscription.
  • The person who signs up a company is provisioned as its Super Admin and is responsible for managing users under that company account, including their permissions.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscription plans, pricing, and validity periods are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; changes apply to future billing cycles, not to time already paid for.
  • All payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
  • Renewing early extends your plan from your existing expiry date rather than from the renewal date.
  • Refer to our Cancellation & Refunds policy for cancellation terms.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the vehicle, lead, customer, and transaction data you enter into the Service. We act as a data processor for that data and use it only to operate and support the Service for your company.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another company's data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated where practical. For support, see our Contact Us page.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Arvind Tiwary, Proprietor, Oxyaqua Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the location of Arvind Tiwary, Proprietor, Oxyaqua Tech's registered office having exclusive jurisdiction.
