Delivery Policy

evautodeal.com is a cloud-hosted software service — there is no physical product shipped to you. This page describes how access is "delivered" after signup or payment.

1. Account Access

Access to the platform is provisioned instantly when you complete signup. You can log in and start using your free trial immediately at the login page.

2. Subscription Activation

When a subscription payment is completed successfully via Razorpay, your plan is activated automatically and instantly — there is no waiting period. A subscription invoice is generated and available for download/print from your account's Subscription page.

3. Delivery Failures

In the rare case a payment succeeds but your plan doesn't activate due to a technical issue, contact evautodeal@gmail.com with your payment reference and we'll resolve it promptly — see our Cancellation & Refunds policy for what happens if it can't be fixed.
